Paraphrasing, rewording, skipping information, shortening(or lengthening!), and otherwise not sticking to the script. ● Not reading the Monitoring Disclosure, “This call may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance purposes.” ● Interpreting the script for the respondent by changing the wording is also Falsifying. The script must be read 100% verbatim unless instructed otherwise by a Dynata Supervisor (This will always be communicated to you through messaging in app). If it is necessary to re-read a question or part, the Partner must not paraphrase or reword the script. ● Not recording everything exactly as it is said by the respondent in open-ended questions.
